Childrens Arts Festival 2026

The Children’s Arts Festival is an annual celebration of our littlest creatives with the biggest imaginations!

The Children’s Arts Festival (CAF) is a hands-on celebration of creativity, imagination, and community spirit, and FREE to the public! This annual event brings together artists, performers, and local organizations, providing a full day of interactive art experiences specially curated for children and families. The festival offers activities such as art stations, workshops, live performances, ans storytelling. All of these aim to spark joy and foster a love for the arts in our youngest community members.

This year’s CAF takes place over two days. The first day is on Friday, September 25, at Kamloops Art Party. The second day is on Saturday, September 26, at Riverside Park. CAF takes place on the fourth weekend of September to coincide with the start of the school year, offering a fun and educational outlet for families and children of all ages. We center our festival around a new theme every year, and we love seeing our attendees let their creativity soar!
