Highway 1 reopened near Sorrento following vehicle incident

SORRENTO — UPDATE: Highway 1 is now operating at single-lane alternating traffic west of Sorrento.

According to Drive BC, Highway 1 is closed in both directions near Sorrento due to a vehicle incident.

No detour is available at the moment. Crews are reportedly en route to the location of the incident.

Those travelling near the area should expect delays.
