Logan Lake Minor Hockey rebranding supported by local digital consultancy

LOGAN LAKE, B.C. — The Logan Lake Minor Hockey Association (LLMHA) received a donation to help give itself a facelift.

In a news release issued Tuesday (July 4) morning, Digital Convergence – a digital consultancy headquartered in Logan Lake – says it supported LLMHA in creating its new logo and donated $30,000 toward buying new Logan Lake Renegades jerseys.

“As a teen, playing hockey had a significant positive impact on my upbringing. Looking back now, I realize the lessons I learned have contributed to shaping my character and ability to tackle any challenges head on, from both on and off the ice,” Aaron McGowan, Digital Convergence CEO says. “As a parent now myself, I’m grateful for minor sports and organizations like the Logan Lake Minor Hockey Association. They present the opportunity not just for my children, but those in the community, to learn similar lessons and grow into good members of the community.”

Jarrod Gaudry, LLMHA’s referee-in-chief, says the support from Digital Convergence made their rebrand possible.

Prior to becoming the Renegades, LLMHA’s team name was the Blazers.
