RYAN REYNOLDS SHARES PHOTO OF BABY GIRL: Ryan Reynolds unveiled the first photo of his third child with Blake Lively in true form. The post also confirmed the baby’s sex for the first time. He hit up Twitter with a shot of him and Lively carrying their baby girl, but hid her face with a drawn-on smiley. He also included a message about climate change. “I love B.C. I want my daughters to experience the same natural playground I grew up in,” he wrote. “On Oct. 21, the candidate you vote for will SHAPE CLIMATE POLICY. I’m proud of the climate progress made the last 4 years.” (E!)
CAMERON ELY TRIED TO PIN MOM’S MURDER ON RON ELY: After stabbing his elderly mother Valerie Ely, Cameron called 911 and tried to blame his elderly father, Ron, the Tarzan alum, for the murder. He was shot and killed at the home by Santa Barbara deputies after reportedly threatening them with a weapon. Besides their son Cameron, Ron and Valerie shared two daughters, Kirsten and Kaitland, 32. (People)
HELEN HUNT HOSPITALIZED: Helen Hunt is recovering after a car she was riding in was hit by another driver in L.A. She was taken to Cedars-Sinai in L.A. and released later that evening. She was one of multiple people taken to the hospital; no one has yet been charged with a crime in the crash. (ET)
JENNIFER LAWRENCE’S WEDDING MENU: Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney are set to get married this weekend, with a delightful array of food and drinks, TMZ reports. The pair will marry Saturday in Rhode Island. Hors d’ oeuvres will reportedly include sweet potato flat cakes, Brussels sprouts with cured egg yolk, smoked pork belly with pickled apple, and their main will be a choice of wood-roasted fish with herbs and lemon-infused butter aged leg of beef with forager’s sauce. Dessert will be a fire-baked sourdough bread pudding with chocolate, salted caramel and fresh apple, cauldron fritters with bourbon cream and cinnamon sugar, and house-made marshmallow s’mores. DEMI MOORE FETED AT READING: Demi Moore had a special reading and dinner to toast her best-selling memoir Inside Out with Harper’s Bazaar editor Glenda Bailey and Salvatore Ferragamo’s Paul Andrew at Spring Place in Tribeca. Her daughters Rumer and Tallulah Willis toasted her before dinner, Page Six reports. Demi told the VIP crowd: “It’s not the wins, but in our losses that we gain our depth and insights, and while it’s great to celebrate the wins when they are there — don’t overlook them — it’s beautiful to equally celebrate the losses.
