Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards – Fitz Brut (Dec 18)

It’s our final Test A Wine Tuesday of 2018, and Linda from the Sahali Liquor Store brought us a little something special this morning:  The Fitz Brut from Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards.  Located between Peachland and Summerland along Hwy 97, Fitzpatrick Vineyards make exceptional sparkling wine, in the traditional method, and the Fitz Brut is no exception.  The Fitz Brut is their signature Cuvee, which is a French term for blend, and features Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.  Hints of apple and citrus highlight the tongue and nose, with very delicate bubbles.  This wine is the perfect compliment to your holiday feats as it pairs with pretty much anything, and would make a fantastic gift.
