Linda brought in a delicious Pinot Gris from Cheryl’s favourite winery, Fort Berens in Lillooet. Made with a blend of Lillooet and Similkameen grapes, this Pinot Gris smells of summer with aromas of gooseberries, kiwi and Ambrosia apples. It is a full, well-rounded wine that packs a tropical fruit punch. This Pinot Gris is very food friendly and pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, BBQ pork with Herbes de Provence, roasted vegetables and french fries!
