SELMA BLAIR SAYS JAMES TOBACK THREATENED TO ‘GOUGE’ OUT EYBALLS: Actress Selma Blair is opening up about her experience with accused serial assaulter James Toback. “I had literally been afraid for 17 years of James Toback,” the actress, 45, told the ladies of The Talk on Monday, adding that he “threatened to murder me and put cement shoes on [me] and gouge my eyes out with a Bic pen if I ever told anybody.” Toback’s behavior was first exposed in a blistering Los Angeles Times report in which 38 women detailed the harassment he put them through. Blair, one of the original accusers, says he threatened to kill her if she breathed a word. Rachel McAdams, Julianne Moore and Natalie Morales have also shared their stories about Toback.
LOGAN PAUL WANTS A SECOND CHANCE: Disgraced YouTuber Logan Paul wants a second chance after being publicly excoriated for posting a video of an apparent suicide victim in Japan. Speaking to TMZ, he said: “Everyone deserves second chances, bro,” adding that he has learned “everything, so many things” since the scandal broke. In an apology video after uploading the initial clip, he told fans “I have made a severe and continuous lapse in my judgment and I don’t expect to be forgiven.” On January 9th, YouTube removed him from its Google Preferred ad service and pulled the plug on several upcoming projects.
KEVIN SPACEY ACCUSED OF RACISM ON HOC SET: Accused sexual assaulter Kevin Spacey is now being accused of racism by the security company that worked on the set of Netflix’s House of Cards. Earl Blue, the head of VIP Protective Service and a Navy veteran told the Daily Mail that he frequently made racist remarks, saying at one point that he didn’t want “n—–s watching my trailer.” He also told the Mail that a production manager told him that Spacey had said in a conference call that he didn’t want “n—–s on his set anymore.”
JANE FONDA TOTALLY SHADES MEGYN KELLY: Two-faced? Jane Fonda once again joyfully reamed Megyn Kelly for asking her about plastic surgery on the Today show. During another appearance on Today Tuesday, co-anchor Hoda Kotb asked Fonda and Lily Tomlin about their longtime friendship. After Fonda noted their five-decade-long friendship, Tomlin joked they’ve known each other since “before your first face-lift!” Kotb and Savannah Guthrie lost it, but the 80-year-old Fonda seemed less amused. “We don’t need to hear that,” she said. “Who are you? Megyn Kelly?!” In other news, Fonda had a cancerous growth removed from her lip, but says “it’s fine.”
ELIZA DUSHKU THANKS FANS FOR SUPPORT: Eliza Dushku is thanking fans for the wave of support and love she’s received since sharing her sexual assault allegations against stuntman Joel Kramer. “My heart goes out to the women who came forward today & to everyone here who has shared their powerful stories in recent days. Thank you for your bravery. We will walk through this in strength,” the Bring It On star, 37, wrote via Facebook. “And, from the deepest parts of my heart, thank you all for your unbelievable support.” Dushku’s co-stars, including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tom Arnold and Jamie Lee Curtis, have shared their outrage and horror at the allegations, and their support for Dushku. Kramer’s agency has dropped him as a client, and two other women have shared their stories of assault about him as well. He denies all allegations of misconduct.
THE PRINCESS DIARIES’ HEATHER MATARAZZO IS ENGAGED TO HEATHER TURMAN: The Princess Diaries actress Heather Matarazzo is engaged to comedian Heather Turman, she shared on social media. “We kept this to ourselves for a few days, but on 1-11, I asked…..and she said yes,” the 35-year-old wrote on Instagram on Monday, January 15. “To death and back, I love you, Turman.” It is unclear when they began dating, but they did work together on 2017’s Stuck.
JAMIE-LYNN SIGLER WELCOMES SON JACK ADAM DYKSTRA: Jamie-Lynn Sigler has welcomed her son Jack Adam Dykstra with her husband Cutter Dykstra. The Sopranos actress and Dykstra also share the 4-year-old Beau Kyle. Sigler made the announcement on social media, but did not include her baby’s birthdate, measurement or weight.
MILA KUNIS NAMED 2018 HASTY PUDDING WOMAN OF THE YEAR: Actress and producer Mila Kunis has been named Hasty Pudding Theatricals’ 68th Woman of the Year. The Bad Moms star and That ‘70s Show alum will be honored by Harvard University’s famed acting troupe with a parade and roast on January 25th in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Previous Woman of the Year Award recipients include Meryl Streep, Debbie Reynolds, Julia Roberts, Scarlett Johansson and Octavia Spencer. Kunis, 34, is married to actor Ashton Kutcher. They have two children together.
